Updates From Mareena
Lunch - Food Concerns
If you face any concerns in the cafeteria regarding foods that should not be served, please contact the ES office right away. We will contact Aria to help communicate to the head of the cafeteria staff.
Monday, April 1st
There will be furniture transfer happening in front of the MS dorms between 08:20 - 11:00 and 13:00 - 15:00. The area will be marked off, but please ensure you and your students are aware to stay out of this zone. Please see map for the affected area. This does not impact our paths to recess or fire procedures, but a part of the hexagon will be inaccessible.
Grade 2/3 Lunch Recess
The combined grade 2/3 lunch recess will continue until Friday, April 12th. Monday, April 15th we will return to the start of the year recess plan, with grade 3 on the stadium field for the rest of this school year.
Family communication - UPDATE!
To ensure teachers receive information about what has been sent to parents while respecting your inbox, please note that all parent text messages and emails are shared with ES staff through this document.
A weekly family communication is sent through Seesaw to all families. The linked document is shared with staff so that you’re aware of the information that has been sent as reminders to families. Both of these two documents are embedded on the ES home page, which we hope you have already bookmarked. This is where you can also find our calendar, weekly updates, leadership minutes, etc. It is expected that you read the weekly update and leadership minutes on a weekly basis.
